Four separate framework schemes for horticulture supplies, water and sanitary fittings, electrical goods, and civil works with earnest money ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 rupees.
This is a recurring annual contract with multiple work orders expected across the year for Rahim Yar Khan parks and horticulture operations. Bidders must be PEC-registered and PPRA-registered with valid NTN. Framework contracts typically allow flexibility in quantities but require rapid mobilization when work orders are issued, so supply chain reliability is critical. Closing deadline of 20 October 2026 allows moderate preparation time.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category; maintain active registration on Punjab PPRA website (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk); and possess valid NTN. Contractors offering rates thirty percent below the technical sanction estimate must provide detailed market-based rate analysis. Bid securities and performance guarantees must come from Bank of Punjab or government-approved financial institutions only. Typically, sole proprietors and firms must also be registered with SECP.
