Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the procurement of networking switches and associated hardware required for the restoration of the CCTV system under the Management Information System Directorate at DHA City Karachi. The tender covers specifications and quantities as detailed in the tender documents. The procurement is intended to support the upgrade and restoration of critical security infrastructure within the authority's operations in Karachi, Sindh province.
Bidders must submit their sealed tender documents to the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi by 1430 hours on 8 October 2026. The tender will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of delivery and all applicable taxes including GST, with validity of one month. Bidders are required to specify complete specifications of required items, type and period of warranty, validity of offer, and delivery schedule. Equipment must be quoted strictly as per given specifications only, with no alternate options accepted. The nomenclature or name of equipment should be mentioned on the right corner of the sealed envelope.
Bidding documents with detailed specifications and quantity information can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office until 1600 hours on 7 October 2026 upon submission of a written application and payment of Rs 1,000 as a non-refundable tender fee via Pay Order in favour of PDOHA City Karachi. Payment for delivered items will be issued through cheque after delivery. Bidders are advised to quote the lowest possible price.
