The Punjab Safe Cities Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of service providers to deliver comprehensive janitorial services at various PPIC3 and DIC3 centers across the province. This significant procurement covers thirty-nine locations including major hubs like Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala, as well as several smaller regional centers. The project involves the deployment of approximately 240 janitorial staff members and the provision of all necessary cleaning consumables and tools for a period of one year. With an estimated annual cost of over 145 million Rupees, the authority is seeking reputable firms with a minimum of five years of operational history and proven experience in large-scale janitorial management. Applicants must demonstrate financial stability with an average annual turnover exceeding 50 million Rupees over the last three years. Interested firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities, EOBI, and PESSI. Detailed pre-qualification documents must be submitted electronically through the E-Pads portal by 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026 to be considered for the subsequent bidding process.
