Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the supply of branded souvenir items under RFQ-004099. The procurement covers five categories of items in quantities of 70 units each: leatherette-bound spiral notebooks with logo printing (8.3" x 5.5", 200 pages, 1600 gsm), 32 GB USB flash drives with leather cover printing, metallic solid-body ball pens with engraving, custom souvenir boxes (13" x 10" x 2" with velvet cutout, 1600 gsm gray board, screen-printed), and leather visiting card holders with magnetic metallic flap and screen printing. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The quotation submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Vendors must be capable of providing customized items with logo and screen printing services. Samples must be submitted along with all quotations and are available for reference at the IBA Procurement Department.
