The Counter Terrorism Department in Taunsa, Punjab invites sealed bids for the renovation, improvement, and rehabilitation of the building for the new jurisdiction of the CTD Center Vahova, District Taunsa. This government project, managed by the SSP/Admin CTD Punjab, is valued at an estimated cost of 12 million Rupees for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement follows a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure conducted through the EPADS system. Eligible bidders must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category valid until June 2026 and must be active taxpayers with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority. A bid security of 360,000 Rupees, representing three percent of the estimated cost, is required for participation. The contract will operate under a framework arrangement for a period of one year. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the Punjab EPADS portal. All submissions must be completed by the deadline of 01:00 PM on 14 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 01:30 PM on the same day.
