Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) in Gujranwala, Punjab invites electronic bids for the repair and maintenance (R&M) of colony quarters at the Hydel Power Station Nandipur. This civil works project is open to eligible contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with a valid license for the 2025-26 period. Interested bidders must also be on the active tax payer lists of both the FBR and PRA. The procurement process requires a bid security of 150,000 Rupees submitted as a CDR in favor of the Resident Engineer. The project has a defined completion period of 90 days. All electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with EPADS version 2.0 regulations and submitted through the portal no later than 11:30 AM on 13 May 2026. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at the Resident Engineer's office at the Nandipur Hydel Power Station.
