Description / Scope of Work
The PWD Buildings/PHE Division Sudhnuti in Pallandri, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids for the repair and renovation of THQ Hospital Baloch. This government project carries an estimated cost of approximately 11.43 million Rupees and is set for a completion period of 180 days. Eligible contractors must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-26 period in category C-6 or above with a specialization in CE-10. Bidding will be conducted on a percentage basis relative to the first bi-annual MRS of 2026 for District Rawalpindi. Participants must upload a scanned bank receipt as proof of a 343,121 Rupee bid security deposited into the designated divisional joint accounts at MCB, NBP, or AJK Bank in Pallandri. Hard copies of the bank receipt and signed bidding documents must be submitted to the Executive Engineer's office within 48 hours of the electronic opening. The submission deadline for electronic bids via the PP&H portal is 12:00 PM on 20 May 2026.
