Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Lyari in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed e-bids through the EPADS system for the improvement and construction of Chakiwara Park located in UC # 06 Kala Kot. This civil works project has an estimated cost of 1,539,172 Rupees and involves both schedule and non-schedule rate items, including surface preparation, weather coat painting, and the supply of garden soil, cow manure, and various shrub and seasonal plants. The scope also features the provision of mosaic benches, the manufacturing of fiberglass shade structures, and repairs to the park's main gate. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board, possess a valid NTN, and provide evidence of similar past projects and financial turnover. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 13 May 2026, accompanied by a five percent bid security in the form of a pay order. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:00 AM on the same day at the Director Parks and Recreation office.
