Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Rajanpur in Rajanpur, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders through the E-PADS system for several high-priority development and beautification schemes within the district. The scope of work includes the Phase-II beautification of Sadar Bazar Rajanpur and the installation of multiple Gantry Gates and signboards at key locations, including Benazir Road, Jampur Indus Highway, the Punjab-Sindh Boundary at N-55, Muhammad Hussain Road, and Zahid Chowk in Rojhan. These projects aim to improve urban infrastructure and navigational visibility across the region. The total estimated cost across all six listed lots is approximately 88.2 million Rupees. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant authorities and possess the technical capacity to meet specific engineering supervision requirements, such as employing graduate or diploma engineers depending on the project value. All bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA e-tendering portal. A five percent bid security in the form of a CDR is mandatory for all applicants. Technical and financial proposals must be finalized and submitted through the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
