The Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of a 50 kW On-Grid Hybrid Solar System at its Takatu Campus. This comprehensive turnkey project encompasses the procurement of high-quality Tier-1 solar modules, 50kW hybrid inverters, and a lithium battery storage bank, along with the necessary civil works and structural installations. Beyond new equipment, the scope of work includes the dismantling and reinstallation of approximately 160 existing solar panels and the complete execution of net metering protocols with NEPRA and QESCO. To be eligible, bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority, hold a valid AEDB Category C-3 registration, and possess a provincial electrical contractor license. The evaluation follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure where firms must score at least 65 points technically. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals along with a 2 percent bid security and a 1500 Rupee tender fee by 3:00 PM on 14 May 2026
