For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PMA seeks premises rental for PMBS advertising across multiple stations in Punjab, a recurring revenue-generating contract with medium to large scope given the multi-station geographical spread.
The tender requires SECP/FBR/PRA registration and active tax status—typical for large public infrastructure projects. The PKR 250,000 bid security and NCB two-envelope process suggest competitive tendering for established service providers. Tight timeline with pre-bid on 20 October for closing on 29 October may challenge smaller bidders.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with SECP, FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority and must maintain active taxpayer status (ATL) at time of tender submission. Typically, advertising and marketing service providers should hold relevant business licenses and demonstrate financial soundness. No PEC category specified; this is a non-construction services contract.
