For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is a substantial framework contract aggregating multiple procurement categories over approximately eight months (November 2026 to June 2027), worth roughly 40 million rupees.

Key categories include recurring consumables (stationery, cleaning, diet), vehicle maintenance (tyres, parts, batteries), and capital items (plant, machinery, furniture). The lubricant supply category carries a special requirement for current manufacturer certificates. This is a multi-lot framework allowing suppliers to bid selectively on items within their expertise. Scale suggests moderate-to-large procurement base for a provincial traffic authority.

Who can bid: Bidders must be Pakistani nationals with valid CNIC, registered on FBR's active taxpayers list, in business for at least five years, not blacklisted, and possess documented experience in their respective supply categories. For lubricant supply, manufacturer or authorized dealer certification issued in 2026-2027 is mandatory. General suppliers typically require GST and income tax registration; specialist suppliers (e.g., plant and machinery) typically require relevant industry registration or partnership certificates.
