Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC (Procurement Department) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of oil and lubricants (Solcut) under reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2195330 with project identifier P163488. This is a goods procurement for FY 2026-27 undertaken by the Sui Southern Gas Company, a major utility organization in Pakistan. The contract will be executed in Sindh province with management by the Procurement Department based at ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The procurement follows a national bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
Bidders must be eligible as per the criteria laid out in the bidding documents and are required to submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0). All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered on ePADS v2.0 prior to participation, and the procurement follows a single stage-one envelope evaluation process.
