Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of general consumables items under reference P135276 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2026. The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, terms and conditions for the supply of consumables required for SSGC operations. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this national-level procurement.
Eligible bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee, or alternatively submit a bid securing declaration in the format specified within the bidding documents. All bids must comply with the eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria outlined in the tender documentation. Bidders are required to review the general and special conditions of contract, performance guarantee requirements, and the integrity pact before submission.
E-bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/135276 for all registered bidders. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 09:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Interested vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may do so at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
