This is a defence procurement notice for IT supplies and services issued by Pakistan Navy's Directorate of Procurement.
The tender follows formal military procurement procedures requiring DGDP registration or willingness to register. Bidders must submit comprehensive technical documentation demonstrating compliance with specifications, alongside sealed commercial offers. The multi-envelope submission structure and requirement for manufacturer authorizations suggest supply of specific equipment or systems rather than services. Compliance with DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024) is mandatory; non-compliance risks rejection regardless of price.
Who can bid: Firms must be registered with DGDP or willing to register. Requisite technical and financial capability is required. Security clearance is mandatory before contract award. Typically, Pakistani defence suppliers need SECP registration, valid NTN, and relevant technical certifications. Bank Challan submission (Rs. 200–300 depending on DGDP status) is mandatory.
