Description / Scope of Work
House Building Finance Company Limited (Procurement) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Network Attached Storage (NAS) equipment. The tender is issued under the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). This is a national-level procurement for goods with reserved funds allocated for FY 2026-27. The project is located in Karachi, Sindh, with the Manager Procurement office based at 3rd Floor, FTC Building, Shahra-e-Faisal. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique to identify the most economical bid.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents, either in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms and conditions, detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, evaluation parameters, and all related contractual requirements. The procurement process follows established Public Procurement Rules and regulations issued by the relevant authority.
Bidders are required to submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, November 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using the EPADS v2.0 platform.
