QHAMC MTI Nowshera seeks authorized dealers of active and passive networking equipment for a medical teaching institution.
The 2.5 million rupee security deposit and 2,000 rupee tender fee signal a medium-scale procurement. Key challenge: strict EPADS-only submission requirement with no alternative submission routes. Pre-bid meeting scheduled 28-10-2026 allows clarifications. Bidders must hold FBR/ATL registration and manufacturer authorization. Competition appears open to qualified dealers meeting registration criteria.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be manufacturers' authorized dealers with active taxpayer list (ATL) or FBR registration. The notice does not specify additional PEC or sectoral requirements. Typically, medical equipment procurement also requires companies to hold valid business registration and proof of financial standing.
