Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Attock, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of various essential goods under Tender Notice-04/2025-2026. The scope of this procurement is divided into five distinct lots: Lot 1 covers comprehensive stationery items including legal paper and office supplies; Lot 2 includes uniform articles like shirts, pants, and socks; Lot 3 involves machinery such as UPS inverters, batteries, water dispensers, and air conditioners; Lot 4 is for computer stationery specifically printer toners; and Lot 5 covers disposable items and cleaning supplies. Eligibility is restricted to firms and companies registered under the Sales Tax Act and Income Tax, appearing as active taxpayers with a good reputation. Bidders must provide a bid security of 3% for each lot, ranging from 4,253 to 33,468 Rupees depending on the lot value. All submissions must be handled electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
