Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Forest Department, Chichawatni Forest Division, is inviting sealed bids for the purchase of 266,666 grow bags measuring 10 inches by 12 inches of good quality. The total estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 11,999,970, with delivery required to the office of the Assistant Conservator of Forests, West Sub-Division Chichawatni within 15 days of work order issuance. This is a single-stage, single-envelope tender process conducted under PPRA Rules 2014, Section 38(1), with online submission mandatory through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
All intending bidders must submit a 5% bid security equivalent to Rs. 599,998 through the online portal. Bidders must meet mandatory eligibility criteria including registration with the Federal Board of Revenue with valid NTN for at least five years, valid Punjab Revenue Authority registration for at least three years, Professional Tax Registration with latest paid challan, and continuous Active Taxpayer Status for one year without interruption. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government agency and must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration for 2026-2027. Tender rates must be quoted for the entire quantity; individual unit pricing alone will result in bid rejection.
Bid documents must be submitted online at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx with the 5% bid security deposited through the online portal up to 30 minutes before the scheduled opening time of 11:00 AM on November 5, 2026. Tender opening will occur at 11:30 AM on the same date.
