Municipal Corporation Hub invites sealed tenders under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 for the procurement of a Skid Street Loader. This is an open competitive bidding process for the supply and after-sale services of manufactured vehicles and accessories. The tender is issued through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of the Government of Balochistan, and bidders must register on the BPPRA system to participate. Electronic bids will be submitted exclusively through the EPPS platform; no physical bids are accepted. The tender reference is TSE-2627101202951, dated 22 October 2026.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate three assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 17,500,000 completed within the previous five years, supported by supply orders with completion certificates or inspection reports. Financial capacity requires a turnover of at least PKR 18,000,000 in three subsequent previous years, verified by bank certificates. Bidders must be active taxpayers with valid NTN certificates, possess valid Sales Tax Registration, and provide evidence of non-blacklisting from any procurement agency in Pakistan. Bid Security of 2% of estimated value must be submitted as a deposit at call. Manufacture authorization as a distributor and delivery time completion statements on company letterhead are mandatory, along with original CDR and Green Challan receipts.
Bidding document fee is PKR 1,000 payable via Green Challan; however, submission is not a prerequisite for document issuance and will be verified during eligibility assessment. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 09:00 AM through the EPPS portal. Technical bid opening will occur on 29 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with financial bid opening scheduled after technical evaluation completion. The bid validity period is 90 days. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required from successful bidders, payable as demand draft, pay order, bank guarantee, or insurance bond (AA ranking).
