Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation Hub invites sealed tenders under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 for the procurement of a combined sewer suction and jetter vehicle. This is an open competitive bidding process for eligible vendors dealing in sales and after-sale services of manufactured vehicles and accessories. The scope covers supply of the equipment with manufacturer authorization as a distributor from an authorized dealer. The tender is issued on 22 October 2026 with electronic bid submission only through the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of the Government of Balochistan. The project falls under national scope bidding with no consortium participation allowed.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate three assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 15,000,000 in the previous five years, supported by supply orders and completion certificates. Bidders must maintain an annual turnover of at least PKR 15,000,000 in the preceding three years with supporting bank certification. Active tax payer status, GST registration, and non-blacklisted status from any Pakistani procurement agency are mandatory. A bid security of two percent of the estimated value must be submitted as a deposit at call, and a performance security of ten percent of the contract value will be required post-award in the form of demand draft, pay order, bank guarantee, or insurance bond with AA ranking.
The bidding document is freely accessible at bppra.gob.pk for electronic submission only. A bidding document fee of PKR 1,000 must be submitted via Green Challan to Municipal Corporation Hub (Account 3001191827). Bids can only be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 09:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 10:00 AM the same day through EPPS. Financial bid opening will be communicated upon completion of technical evaluation. The bid validity period is 90 days.
