Description / Scope of Work
The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites sealed bids for the procurement of winter uniforms for entitled liveried staff across Pakistan during fiscal year 2026-27. This is a goods procurement with reference number P139461, being conducted on a national basis using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026. The procurement covers winter uniform supply for OPF's liveried staff deployed across all locations in Pakistan. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in this bidding process.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be properly registered and in good standing. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and technical requirements for the uniform procurement. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, November 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
