Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Superintendent of Police Muhafiz Force Police 15 in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids for various procurement and maintenance works through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. The tender scope includes electrical wire work, the supply of twelve 1.5 ton air conditioners, one 2.5 ton tower air conditioner, and one 100 KVA power generator. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rule 2010. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal to submit electronic bids. A bid security of five percent is required for each item, which must be submitted as a pay order or bank draft in favor of the SP Muhafiz Force. A non-refundable tender fee of 3000 Rupees per article is also applicable. All technical and financial proposals must be valid for ninety days. Electronic submissions via the EPADS system must be completed by 02:30 PM on 05 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 03:00 PM on the same day at the Muhafiz Force Headquarters near Hassan Square.
