Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Safe Cities Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various electrical appliances under a framework contract for a period of one year. This tender covers a wide range of essential equipment intended for use across forty two cities in Punjab at various PPIC3 centers. The scope of supply includes one hundred and twenty one ceiling fans with remote control capabilities, seventy eight evaporative air coolers with sixty liter tanks, thirty six electric kettles, thirty six microwave ovens, and thirty six hot and cold water dispensers. The total estimated cost of this procurement is approximately eight point seven million Rupees. Interested bidders must be active tax payers registered with relevant authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the Punjab E-Procurement portal. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by eleven thirty AM on fourteen May 2026 accompanied by a bid security of three hundred and fifty thousand Rupees.
