Description / Scope of Work
The Mardan Irrigation Division in Mardan, KPK invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for a comprehensive series of infrastructure projects including the construction and rehabilitation of canal roads, bridges, and drainage systems. The procurement scope covers multiple sub-works such as the installation of solar irrigation tube wells at various locations including village Gul Pur and Nawa Killi, as well as significant flood protection works along the Kalpani nullah to safeguard agricultural land and village settlements. Additional projects include the dredging and desilting of urban critical waterways and the rehabilitation of the Plato Drain. Interested bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the 2025-2026 financial year with relevant specialization codes such as CE-04, CE-09, and CE-10. All participants must be active tax filers with the FBR and registered with KPRA. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted through the EPADS portal. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded electronically no later than 02:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 12 May 2026
