Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Flood Protection wall at Fishing Hut chakdara, Rehabilitation and Essential Repair of Non-Functional Rooms in TMA Timergara Rest House, Construction of pre-fabricated Units for Municipal Unit at Talash Timeregara

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Timergara in Timergara, KPK invites sealed e-tenders through the EPADS system for three distinct developmental schemes within the district. The first project involves the rehabilitation and reconstruction of a flood protection wall at Fishing Hut Chakdara with an estimated cost of 5.80 million Rupees. The second project covers the rehabilitation and essential repair of non-functional rooms at the TMA Timergara Rest House at an estimated cost of 2.65 million Rupees. The third project includes the construction of pre-fabricated units for the Municipal Unit at Talash Timergara with a budget of 1.5 million Rupees. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, KPPRA, and LGE&RDD for the year 2025-2026. Bidders are required to submit a two percent bid security alongside technical documents and a detailed rate analysis if applicable. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal and physically in a sealed envelope to the Tehsil Municipal Officer by 12:00 PM on 12 May 2026.
