The University of Engineering & Technology (UET) in Taxila, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the high-quality printing of its Undergraduate Prospectus and Rules Book for the 2026 academic session. This procurement involves the production of 1,600 copies of the undergraduate prospectus, featuring approximately 180 pages on 115-gram MAT paper with four-color printing and laminated art card titles. Additionally, the university requires 200 copies of the Rules Book 2026, consisting of 70 pages in A5 size with similar high-specification printing standards. The total estimated cost for this project is 1,465,200 Rupees, requiring a fixed bid security of 29,304 Rupees. Interested printing firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and demonstrate a technical score of at least sixty marks to qualify. This includes providing evidence of manufacturing setups such as four-color machines and binding facilities. All technical and financial bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the physical bid security delivered to the Procurement Cell before the deadline.
