The Buildings Division Mirpurkhas in Mirpurkhas, Sindh invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for the rehabilitation and construction of the roof and allied works at the Mukhtiarkar Gothabad Office. This project carries an estimated cost of 18.0000 million with a required bid security of 0.9000 million and a tender fee of 3000. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-E-09, C-E-10, or C-E-11 and possess a valid registration through June 2026. Eligibility requires a proven track record of at least two ongoing and two completed building projects of similar nature, supported by completion certificates and photographs. Applicants must also provide five years of audited financial reports from ICAP registered firms and demonstrate an average annual turnover exceeding the project cost. The procurement follows a single stage two-envelope procedure. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted by May 21, 2026, with a secondary attempt date scheduled for June 04, 2026 if the initial call is un-responded. The project completion period is set at 24 months from the start date.
