The Executive Building Division No.1 in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites Engineering Firms and Contractors to participate in an E-Tender for various Maintenance and Repair (M&R) projects across prestigious locations including Punjab House Murree, Government House Murree, Judicial Complexes in Rawalpindi and Kallar Syedan, and Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of services such as plumbing, electrical works, painting, heating system maintenance, supply of kitchen items, and external development. Eligibility is strictly limited to firms with a valid registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and mandatory registration on the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement (EPADS) website. Bidders are required to upload a scanned copy of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the estimated price as earnest money. The deadline for bid submission via the EPADS system is May 14, 2026, at 10:30 AM, with the formal opening of bids scheduled shortly thereafter at 11:00 AM at the Commissioner's Office in Rawalpindi.
