Description / Scope of Work
The Sukkur IBA University in Sukkur, Sindh invites electronic bids for the roof treatment of the ECE section building at IBA Public School Jacobabad. This project, identified by tender number PROC/EPADS/100/25-26, has an estimated cost of 6.42 million PKR and requires completion within a six-month timeframe. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with the specialized code CE-10(i) and possess valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and the Sindh Revenue Board. Applicants are required to demonstrate an average annual turnover over the last five years at least equal to the estimated project cost. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. A bid security of 130,000 PKR is mandatory and must be provided in the form of a pay order in favor of the university.
