Description / Scope of Work
The Hashoo Foundation in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed proposals from property owners, real estate firms, and agents for hiring office space on a rental basis. The foundation requires a minimum area of approximately 2,500 square feet, preferably as a contiguous space, to accommodate an NGO office setup. Preferred locations include Sectors H-8, I-8, I-9, G-8, G-9, and G-10, or nearby accessible areas. The premises must be located within commercial or approved office use zones with easy access to main roads and public transport. Essential facility requirements include open workspaces, partitioned offices, meeting rooms, a reception area, kitchen, and washrooms. Additionally, the property must offer adequate parking, reliable electricity, internet infrastructure, fire safety compliance, and security arrangements. The minimum lease duration is expected to be between five to ten years. Interested parties must submit a detailed property profile, ownership documents, rental price, floor plans, and photographs. The deadline for submission is May 06, 2026, via sealed envelope addressed to the foundation's office in Sector H-8/1.
