Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids for the improvement and renovation of electrical and mechanical installations across various federal properties. The scope of work specifically focuses on electrification and security works within Federal Government Lodges, Hostels, and Family Suites. This procurement follows a single-stage one-envelope procedure utilizing the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested contractors must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System v2.0 to participate. Bidders are required to provide a bid security as specified in the bidding document or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than May 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM. A public opening of the e-bids will take place shortly thereafter at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. This project is funded through reserved funds for the 2025-26 financial year.
