Description / Scope of Work
The Mango Research Institute in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply of four hundred bags of high quality mango stones for the current season. The procurement project requires the delivery of fresh mango stones extracted within twenty four to forty eight hours to ensure maximum viability for propagation. Each stone must meet a minimum weight requirement of thirty grams and remain intact with its seed coat to prevent damage to the cotyledon. The delivery is scheduled to be split equally between the Mango Research Institute in Multan and the Mango Research Station in Shujabad within ten days of the contract award. Interested bidders must provide a bid security of fifty thousand rupees and participate through the EPADS system as per the single stage two envelope procedure. Firms must be active taxpayers and registered with relevant authorities to be eligible. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the portal by 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026.
