Description / Scope of Work
The Central Design Office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites consultancy services for the feasibility study and detailed design of water supply schemes across five district headquarters including Athmuqam, Bagh, Rawalakot, Mirpur, and Bhimber. This significant infrastructure project aims to modernize water distribution systems under the approved government scheme. Interested firms or joint ventures must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and possess specific project profile codes to be eligible for participation. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with selection based on a Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of one million Rupees along with an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by any government authority. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026 to clarify technical requirements. All proposals must be prepared in a secure hard book binding format to ensure document integrity. Final technical and financial bids must be delivered to the DHQ Complex in Muzaffarabad no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where technical proposals will be opened immediately.
