applications for the pre-qualification of firms and contractors for consultancy services involving design and resident engineering supervision. This extensive project covers various works located across multiple cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, and several other regions including Gilgit, Skardu, and Gwadar. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-2 or above with validity extending to June 2026. Applicants are required to furnish comprehensive credentials including work orders, completion certificates, bank statements, and income tax returns for the last three years. Preference will be given to firms already enlisted with the Military Engineer Services in Category A, while non-enlisted firms must provide a two percent bid security. Interested parties can collect further details from the DP and W E-in-C Branch at Gate Number 07, GHQ. Completed applications and tender documents must be submitted to the headquarters no later than 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day.
