Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department Gilgit-Baltistan, B&R Division Hunza invites sealed tenders under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure for two works from eligible firms/contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 and above for FY 2026-27.
The works include: (1) construction of water supply and pipe improvement at Nasirabad Hunza (estimated cost PKR 7,587,578); and (2) metalling/re-carpeting of road from Hussaini Jamat Khana to Middle School and construction of water tank at school Gogil Hunza (estimated cost PKR 2,982,274). Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the Executive Engineer's office, submit sealed bids with required securities and documents by 16 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day.
