Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Sindh, through its Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU), invites tenders for the provision of additional facilities and renovation of existing model high and higher secondary schools under the Sindh Education Reform Program-II (SERP-II). The project covers two schools: GGHSS Barrage Colony Higher Secondary School (Semis Code 418030072) and GBHSS Comp. Higher Sec. Sukkur (Semis Code 418050146) in District Sukkur. The estimated cost is Rs 55.754 million with a bid security of Rs 2.785 million. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with codes CE09, CE10 or EE04.
Tenders are invited under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure through the E-PAD portal (http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents can be downloaded from the portal from the publication date until closure. Sealed technical bids with tender fee (Rs 5,000/- as Pay Order in favor of "Project Director, PMIU/SERP-II/SID") and bid security must be submitted by 16 November 2026 at 2:30 P.M. Technical bids will be opened at 3:00 P.M. on the same date. The completion period is 24 months.
