Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Quetta invites bids for the drilling and development of a borehole for a water supply scheme at Quetta Airport (Reference: TSE-2627101218083). This is an open competitive bidding procurement conducted under single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure with financial evaluation following eligibility checks. The scope is national and joint ventures are not permitted.
Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Bids close on 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and must be submitted via courier or deposited in the tender box at the Procuring Agency office. The bidding document fee is PKR 1,000 (via Green Challan), and bid security is 2% of estimated value (bank guarantee or deposit at call). Bid validity is 90 days.
