Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer PHE Division Quetta invites bids for civil works procurement of a Water Supply Scheme (WSS) at Airport Road, Quetta, Balochistan (Reference: TSE-2627101218073, dated 1 November 2026). This is an open competitive bidding through single-stage, one-envelope procedure with package-wise evaluation based on eligibility check and financial evaluation.
Bidders must register with BPPRA's Electronic Public Procurement System. The bidding document fee is PKR 1,000 (via Green Challan). Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required as bank guarantee or deposit at call. Bids close on 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and must be submitted by courier or dropped in the tender box at the procuring agency office. Bid validity is 90 days. National scope only; joint ventures are not allowed.
