The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Punjab Police in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of Plant and Machinery items on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2025-26. This significant procurement opportunity is divided into two primary lots to enhance security infrastructure. Lot 1 involves a comprehensive Motion Sensor Thermal Imaging Camera Solution provided on a turn-key basis with an estimated cost of 44 million Rupees. Lot 2 consists of high-quality CCTV Cameras with an estimated value of 4.45 million Rupees. Total project requirements involve sophisticated technical specifications aimed at modernizing surveillance capabilities. All interested firms must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and possess a valid Professional Tax Certificate. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal. A 3 percent bid security is mandatory for participation. For Lot 2, samples must be submitted to the CTD Headquarters before the closing time. The final deadline for electronic submission is 11:30 AM on 16 May 2026.
