Description / Scope of Work
The Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar-II in Multan, Punjab invites registered firms to participate in a government tender for the procurement of IT equipment and hardware items for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement process is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follows the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. The scope of work includes the supply of high-specification hardware such as Core i5 14th Generation desktop computers, LaserJet printers, 14th Gen laptops, video decoders, video wall display panels, and networking infrastructure. The total estimated cost for the equipment is approximately 12.078 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered and possess established technical and financial credentials, including a minimum annual turnover of 5 million Rupees. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price for each quoted lot must be submitted physically by the deadline. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
