Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences and Technology in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of high quality furniture items for the CoRISE building located at the School of Chemical and Materials Engineering. The scope of work involves providing a diverse range of office and educational furniture including sixty four visitor chairs, forty revolving stools, nineteen executive chairs, fifteen L shaped workstations, and various storage solutions such as medium height cabinets and side tables. Additionally, the project requires the provision of eight three seater sofas and thirteen glass whiteboards. Eligible bidders must be reputable manufacturing companies with at least thirty years of experience and their own production facilities. Applicants must be registered with the FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of nine hundred thousand Rupees. The final deadline for submission via the EPADS system is 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026 with delivery expected within three weeks of the award.
