Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha in Ali Pur Chattha, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of a 30 KVA generator for its administrative operations. This procurement project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-performance diesel generator with a prime power rating of 30 KVA and a standby rating of 33 KVA. The scope of work includes the provision of a locally fabricated soundproof and weatherproof canopy, an ATS panel with contactors, battery systems, and the construction of a suitable cemented foundation pad for the unit. The total estimated cost for this project is approximately 2.9 million Rupees. Eligible contractors, manufacturers, or firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under specialization code ME06, as well as the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding will follow a single stage single envelope procedure, and all proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. The deadline for online submission is 02:30 PM on 20 May 2026, accompanied by a five percent bid security.
