The Sindh Electric Power Regulatory Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites technical and financial proposals from qualified testing agencies to manage the recruitment process for various vacant positions. This government project follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure to ensure a transparent and merit-based selection of human resources. The scope of work includes designing online and offline application forms, conducting paper-based screening tests, and evaluating candidate eligibility for eighteen distinct categories ranging from Director and Deputy Director to technical and support staff. Eligible firms must have at least five years of experience in conducting recruitment tests, valid registration with SECP, FBR, and SRB, and a minimum annual turnover of 25 million Rupees. The selected agency will be responsible for providing test venues, security, and invigilation across divisional headquarters in Sindh. Interested bidders must submit their sealed proposals and a bid security of 2 million Rupees to the Office of the Registrar by 11:30 AM on 12 May 2026.
