Description / Scope of Work
The Defence Housing Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and contractors for the supply and fixing of signage boards at Phase-VIII. The project scope includes the fabrication and installation of various directional and information signs to improve navigation and aesthetic standards within the locality. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain an active status with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax purposes. Interested parties can obtain the complete set of bidding documents and detailed specifications from the DHA Main Office upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. A bid security of 2 percent of the total bid value is required to be submitted along with the proposal. All bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents and delivered to the Directorate of Maintenance no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
