The University of Rasul in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of a tractor-towed water bowzer. This tender, identified by reference number UOR/DP/2025-26/17, follows a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The scope of work involves the delivery of one unit featuring a 5000-liter capacity tank constructed from 10g M.S. sheet, equipped with a tractor PTO-driven pump and a water monitor gun capable of a 70-foot spray range for horticulture and roadway cleaning. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must provide a bid security of 50,000 PKR, representing 2% of the estimated 2.5 million PKR cost. Submissions must be made electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivery on a DDP basis within 30 days of the supply order issuance, inclusive of a one-year on-site comprehensive warranty.
