Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) in Dhabeji, Sindh invites sealed bids for the construction of a residential colony and allied civil works at the 220kV Grid Station NGC Dhabeji. This project is being carried out on the basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested and eligible firms must obtain the bidding documents from the Chief Engineer (Material Procurement and Management) office in Lahore upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Pak Rupees. While documents are available for download on the NGC website and e-PADS free of cost, formal purchase is mandatory for participation. The scope includes comprehensive residential construction and supporting civil infrastructure at the grid station site. All technical and financial bids must be submitted exclusively through the e-PADS system. The final deadline for the electronic submission of proposals is set for 11:00 AM PST on 02 June 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened at 11:30 AM PST on the same day.
