The Punjab Irrigation Department in Multan, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the comprehensive construction of an office complex for the Superintending Engineer of the Mailsi and Haveli Circle, alongside the rehabilitation of essential infrastructure at the Officers Colony. This significant public works project carries an estimated cost of over 421 million Rupees and requires a completion timeline of 24 months. The technical scope encompasses extensive civil works including excavation, reinforced cement concrete foundations, and pacca brickwork, as well as high-end finishing with porcelain tiling and deodar wood joinery. The project also involves the installation of modern MEP systems, including 1.5-ton inverter air conditioners, comprehensive security surveillance with IP cameras, and external infrastructure like Tuff pavers and car parking sheds. Eligible contractors must possess a valid PEC registration for 2025-26 and be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by the required 5 percent bid security.
