Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Department, Government of Sindh in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a significant infrastructure project involving the construction of four combined office-cum-resthouse and residence buildings for the Discharge Observation Cell. These facilities are to be established at four strategic sites including Jinnah, Chashma, Taunsa, and Panjnad within the Punjab region. The scope of work involves comprehensive civil works such as earthwork, concrete, brickwork, marble and porcelain flooring, and high-quality woodwork. Additionally, the project includes the supply and installation of advanced flow-measuring equipment such as the SonTek M9-ADCP DGNSS, as well as the provision of project vehicles and a 5.2 kW solar power system. The total estimated cost of the project is 300 million Rupees with a completion timeline of twenty-four months. Eligible firms must possess a valid PEC registration in Category C-2 or above with specialization codes CE04, CE08, CE09, or CE10. Interested bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal by 1:00 PM on 18 May 2026
