The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination in Islamabad, Federal Government invites proposals from qualified firms for the provision of Human Resource services to be deployed at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences. This initiative is designed to improve operational efficiency and enhance clinical management quality through effective resource utilization and improved patient care outcomes. The procurement follows a National Open Competitive Bidding process using the single stage two-envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026 at the office of the Joint Secretary for Hospitals. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal, with hard copies also required to reach the Ministry by the deadline. All bids must include the specified bid security within the technical proposal. Submissions must be completed no later than 2:30 PM on 18 May 2026, at which time the proposal documents will be opened in the presence of participating bidders.
